We strive to achieve high returns while maintaining low risk. Traditionally Office and Retail are considered the riskiest of sectors of real estate assets. A basic investment concept is that you should be rewarded with a higher return in exchange for more risk. We buy properties that are underappreciated, underperforming or undervalued. We strive to aggressively fill them, upgrade them or maintain them. We typically take a significant equity stake and self-manage in order to insure that our dollar goes farther than an institutional asset-manager’s would.
